Swedish Chef Sonny Tapper joined Pethers Executive Chef, Obie Faulkner for a 5 course degaustation extravaganza! The boys utilised Sonny's Michelin Starred training and delivered a delectable fusion of Swedish, meets modern Australian, fare.
