General

Pethers is designed exclusively for adults and based on 2 adults sharing
Smoking is strictly restricted to the designated area within the car park. There is no smoking in Tree Houses, within the Main Lodge or within other areas of the property. Fees are charged if cleaning is required due to smoking in the treehouses
Pets are not permitted on the property
Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking
Pethers Rainforest Restaurant is fully licensed and alcohol may not be taken into the Main Lodge by guests

Room Only rates do not include bubbles, breakfast or chocolates and all payments made are non-refundable.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid on booking, as confirmation
Bookings with out a deposit paid will be released
Promotional bookings require payment in full to confirm booking and are non-refundable
Discount Code bookings require a 50% deposit as confirmation and are non-refundable
Photo ID and a valid credit card imprint are required on arrival
The balance of payment including all incidentals is payable on departure

Massages cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Dinner reservations are subject to the terms & conditions on the deposit receipt and, in the absence of such receipt, the dinner deposit is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days
If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, Pethers Rainforest Retreat reserves the right to cancel the booking. Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the guest accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation
All PCI compliance legislation is adhered to, so as to ensure the safety of all guest transactions wherever possible

Promotional and Discount Code bookings are non-refundable
Cancellations or changes made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to 1 nights cancellation charge
Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable and balance of payment will be debited from issued credit card
No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
If after arrival guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation & decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the total discretion of the property manager
Once payment has been made, there will be no refund. Any residual balance paid (after the applicable fees are deducted) may be held in credit towards future bookings at Pethers Rainforest Retreat. This credit can only be held for a maximum period of 6 months from the day the booking is cancelled. To redeem moneys held in credit, customers must call Pethers on 0755 454 577 prior to the expiry of the 6 months to rebook another stay. Moneys not redeemed at the expiry of the 6 months will be forfeited in their entirety to Pethers Rainforest Retreat. Bookings held over in credit will be completely at the discretion of the property management. Administration fees may be applied
All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing and submitted by email to retreat@pethers.com.au
Not applicable to Weddings and Events (refer to Wedding Kit for Cancellation & Refund Policy)

Rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change at any time, and may not apply to Public Holidays, Christmas, New Years and Easter periods
Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable
Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates
The price of your vacation cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received
All prices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed at the time of booking

Standard check in time is 2.00pm
Standard check out time is 11.00am
Late check out is at the total discretion of the property manager and is subject to availability and must be requested the night before check out
Late check out after 11.00am will incur additional charges applied to your hotel account: After 2.00pm the full daily rate applies

All amendments to dates and room types are subject to availability and rate at the time of amending your reservation

An acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at the retreat prior to check in
A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) or imprint will be required at time of check in and may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): beverages, meals, massage treatments, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning
Where a credit card is not available a minimum $200.00 cash deposit will be required. Please contact reception prior to your arrival to confirm charges

Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Pethers Rainforest Retreat is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing Pethers, it is advisable that the guest checks this with Pethers directly, or their travel consultant, at time of booking. Pethers Rainforest Retreat cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of the property's facilities and services
Room photos shown on this web site, or on any marketing material created to promote Pethers, may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types
A Tree House catering for disabled access is located within the property and may be available for guests. Please contact Pethers in advance of your booking

Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee

Pethers Rainforest Retreat Gift Certificates are available for purchase
Payment in full is required prior to the issue of a Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue and are non-refundable
Refunds will not be issued for any unspent values
Additional values cannot be added to existing certificates however, additional certificates can be purchased
Gift Certificates may take up to 5-7 days for processing via mail (subject to Australia Post)
Pethers Rainforest Retreat does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen certificates
